Weekly Meeting Structure
Check-in (5 min)⚓︎
- Quick personal/energy check to set the tone.
- It helps us as partners to connect before diving into business.
Review Last Week’s Commitments (10–15 min)⚓︎
- Each partner shares what they did since the last meeting.
- Focus on contributions toward Dhaki’s growth, e.g. customer acquisition, documentation, partnerships, execution, sales, technical improvements.
The idea is to use this to hold each other accountable and track consistency.
Business Updates (10 min)⚓︎
- Any significant progress on projects, clients, partnerships, finances, or legal steps.
- Example: “We received X new lead this week”, “Customer Y wants us to propose a solution”, “The company license is ready”.
Strategic Topics (20–30 min)⚓︎
We should pick 1–2 important issues to discuss in depth each week.
Examples:
- Formalizing legal registration and ownership.
- Defining new standards (HAF, naming, backup).
- Marketing & branding campaigns.
- Partnerships with suppliers.
Very important to stay focused and don’t try to cover too many in one meeting.
Decisions & Action Items (10 min)⚓︎
- Summarize what was decided and why.
- Assign clear owners + deadlines for each action.
- Example: “Rajeh will have the trade license information before next Monday.”
Open Floor / Concerns (5–10 min)⚓︎
- Space for any founder to bring up urgent matters or concerns.
- Helps avoid frustration building up outside the meeting.
Wrap-up & Next Steps (5 min)⚓︎
- Confirm commitments for the week ahead.
- Decide if any special sessions are needed (e.g. client demo prep, financial planning).
- Agree on next meeting date/time.
Meeting Tips⚓︎
